IAH Annual Report 2024
Informing and Influencing
Every year, World Water Day on 22 March raises awareness and inspires action to tackle the water and sanitation crisis. It is a United Nations observance, coordinated by UN-Water and led by one or more UN Water Members and Partners. IAH supports the preparations for World Water Day and contributes to the UN World Water Development Report, while IAH ’s national chapters carry out their own ‘Hydrogeoday’ outreach activities.
With our newly established LUNA Network – Liaison with UN Activities – IAH is even better-placed to support United Nations’ organisations and their aims for the 2030 Sustainable Development Goals.
Other Collaboration
IAH’s knowledge and expertise continues to be in demand by organisations and forums across the world. Often this is led by our National Chapters, Commissions and Networks, which organise many events and represent IAH in various national and international initiatives....
Supporting the United Nations
