IAH’s Hydrogeology Journal is a premier journal for groundwater professionals, with eight issues (about 200 articles) per year. A Topical Collection in February commemorated the 2022 ‘Year for groundwater’, with a series of essays published by our commissions and networks, capturing issues highlighted across the year. We published these as open access papers with the aim of getting our messages across to an even bigger audience than IAH’s own members.
